Summer Holidays

We will be running 4 weekly sessions throughout the whole month of August only.

Start- Wednesday 22 July 2020

End - Tuesday 1 September 2020

Our holiday classes are open to kids and teens who are part of our mailing list. Please email us on to receive our holiday classes notification emails and ensure to add our email address to your contacts. We announce the sessions and provide the link to tickets office through emails sent by MailChimp which can easily end up on spam and promotions folders. They are longer than our regular after school club classes: two and a half hours long and all materials are provided. We have a high ratio of 5 students per teacher as we specialise in individualised learning, making our classes suitable for students of all levels and a wide range of abilities. We do not accept kids younger than 7 as our method of teaching and learning requires the developmental milestones of fine motor skills and ability to focus and stay seated normally reached by age 7.

I thoroughly recommend booking more than one session during a holiday period as more often than not kids can be disappointed at having to wait until the next holiday class to complete their work, creating fine art paintings can generally take up to  6 sessions to complete, some students take less and others take longer. Please be aware we teach fine art, our core values are to teach traditional drawing and painting techniques in a simplified way for kids to follow and to encourage our students to appreciate that great works of art take time, hard work, focus and determination to overcome difficulties. Our students greatly appreciate this as the rewards of their outcomes always surpass their expectations. Please do explain to your children before attending that works are only taken home once completed to avoid their disappointment.

While visiting our website why not have a look at parental reviews, examples of the kids works and read about who we are and what we do on the Young Hackney Fine Arts page.

Please be aware that our classes are highly popular and sell out very fast. It's always best to book as early as you can. On the day please send your children with suitable clothing and a snack.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
